Expect a cold Wednesday with a drastic change from yesterday. The wind chill will only be in the teens. There’s a small chance when the precipitation breaks out on Thursday that we’ll have some sleet mixed in but widespread wintry weather is not anticipated.
6AM WEDNESDAY: The cold front will be across Arkansas with cold temperatures and blustery winds gusting to near 40mph. The wind chill will be in the 20s but skies will clear with sunshine for the majority of the day
NOON WEDNESDAY: By noon, temperatures will not have changed much with 30s and 40s holding across the area. It’ll feel much colder with the north winds that will continue to gust up to 40mph
6PM WEDNESDAY: This is the extent of any warming that will take place. Expect afternoon and evening temperatures only in the 40s with 50s farther south.
