As the front moves into the area, smaller pieces of energy will break off and move into Arkansas. The best dynamics for strong storms will be to our southwest but even still… quarter size hail would be the main risk.
I’m watching the weekend for scattered showers and thunderstorms. While it won’t be a washout, I do expected to see showers and a few thunderstorms both Saturday and Sunday as highs fall into the 50s.
