The highest risk for severe weather on Wednesday will be along the Mississippi River Valley; especially the Memphis and Jonesboro area.
Storms will be ongoing in the western part of Arkansas early in the day before moving east and intensifying in an increasingly unstable airmass with strong directional and vertical shear with supercells common across the Delta.
This is a major weather event for the Mississippi River Valley. Please use caution in this area on Wednesday.
