Warmer Into Mid-Week; Severe Risk Increases Next Week

Another warm one on Wednesday and we get close to 80º with a few passing showers or an isolated thunderstorm on Thursday morning. The overall severe risk on Wednesday night (mostly the early morning hours on Thursday) appears to be low and contained to small hail.

The next chance for widespread severe weather will be towards the end of February… about one week from today. That system is stronger. Tuesday would be the day to watch next week. There’s also an indication we could get a few more snowflakes on the back side of the system on Wednesday morning on Feb 28th; about a week or so away.
