đź’¦ Showers with heavy rain will move in later tonight into Saturday morning.
This will likely affect both outdoor sports on Saturday, and sunrise Easter services on Sunday.

The image of simulated radar reflects 10am Saturday.
Heavy rain continues in waves into Sunday and tapers off late Sunday into Monday.

Flood Watches are out for the entire area with up to 4”’of rain likely.

Yes, there’s still a severe weather risk… I mean, it’s April after all, but the timing keeps the instability on the weaker side and the forcing will be more from the front which tends to make these more of a wind/hail risk than tornado. (But still; it’s April so keep an eye on it)
We’ll have another round on Easter morning before the faucet shuts off late weekend and turns back on around the middle of next week.
